The Vélodyssée, a cycle route of more than 1,200 km along the Atlantic, passes through Rochefort Océan (via stages 34 and 35, more than 60 km between Châtelaillon-Plage and Marennes-Oléron). The Flow bike offers its 290 km route: from Thiviers in the Dordogne to the island of Aix, and runs along the Charente river.
